At Phoenix Motor Company, we take as much pride in helping you maintain your Mercedes as you do in owning it. Conveniently located at Third Avenue and West Indian School Road in Phoenix, we offer you one of the largest authorized Mercedes Benz service, collision center and parts facilities in the area. Our facility features over 70 spotless bays to serve your needs quickly and efficiently. In addition, our over 29 factory trained and authorized service technicians have over 300 years of combined Mercedes Benz experience. And all of our service work is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, to give you the performance and the peace of mind you deserve.

Convenient Hours

We know your time is important, so we've made getting your Mercedes-Benz or other vehicle serviced easier and more convenient than ever. We're open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays, by appointment, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Plus, you can schedule your own service time, when its most convenient for you. Loaner Information

Phoenix Motor Company would like each of our clients to experience the most pleasurable journey possible while owning a Mercedes-Benz. As a benefit to our clients, the service department is pleased to announce an available Mercedes-Benz loaner car for any client who has purchased their Mercedes-Benz at Phoenix Motor Company or at our New Westside dealership, Arrowhead Mercedes Benz.

Phoenix Motor Company makes every attempt to provide a loaner car for each of our service clients when scheduling an appointment that cannot be performed in two hours or less.

Clients who purchased their vehicles elsewhere are offered a variety of options, including shuttle service, mobile service, a client lounge complete with internet access to relax in while your car is repaired, or a rental car for a nominal charge of $45 per day.

Loaner Car Policies

We request that you please follow a few basic policies while driving your loan car:

* So we can better serve each of our client's needs, we require the loan cars be returned within 18 hours of notification that your vehicle’s service is complete. Clients not returning vehicles within 18 hours will be assessed a $100 per day late fee.

* Maintain a daily mileage allowance of 100 miles per day. Mileage accrued on the vehicle beyond the allowance will be charged at $.40 per mile. In addition, please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it contained when you received it.

* Please refrain from smoking, eating, drinking or placing pets in the vehicle. Client will be charged for any damages to the vehicle.

* Please present a valid drivers license, proof of insurance and a major credit card to be eligible for a loaner/rental vehicle.

* Please be courteous when using our loan cars—drive safely and responsibly.
